• Employee details entered by your organization's admin (name, contact information, designation, salary details, bank details).
• Attendance data — QR scan timestamps, GPS coordinates at the time of check-in/check-out, and device identifiers.
• Account credentials (email and password) for admin and employee logins.

2. How We Use Information

• To mark and verify attendance within the geofenced location set by your admin.
• To calculate salary, leave balances, and generate reports.
• To send notification emails (late check-in, leave approval/rejection, absence alerts).

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in a database controlled by your organization's admin on the hosting they have chosen. We recommend your admin uses HTTPS and keeps access credentials secure.

4. Location Data

GPS coordinates are captured only at the moment of a QR scan, solely to verify you are within the permitted radius of a registered location. Continuous location tracking is not performed.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share employee data with third parties. Data is only accessible to your organization's admin and the employee it belongs to.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your organization's admin directly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
