This software is provided for managing employee attendance, leave, and payroll for your organization. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your organization's policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify your admin immediately of any unauthorized use.
Attendance is recorded based on QR scans and GPS location at the time of scanning. You agree not to attempt to spoof location, share your login, or otherwise circumvent the attendance verification system.
Organization admins are responsible for the accuracy of employee records, salary configuration, leave policies, and for reviewing attendance/leave data before finalizing payroll.
While we aim for reliable service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance or hosting issues may occasionally affect access.
This software is provided "as is." We are not liable for payroll disputes, data loss, or damages arising from misuse, incorrect configuration, or hosting outages beyond our control.
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
